Outlook-Integration
The Outlook integration of GARAIO ROOMS offers a bi-directional interface of the space and resource management directly in Outlook.
If Outlook is used as an important tool in your company, GARAIO ROOMS offers extra work facilitation.
For example, a comprehensive search function for existing reservations, various filter criteria to search for suitable premises, the integrated services management and guidance help via map navigation, authorization and role concepts or the overview of complex cost and statistical models.
For room reservations from Outlook, users need to define additional information via a context window for a specific calendar entry in Outlook. In the same window they can add additional services to the reservation - the equipment needed. Outlook sends a reservation request to GARAIO ROOMS and displays the appropriate search results.
The location field with the room name and room location will be filled in the Outlook calendar entry automatically. Direct links to the booking details will be listed in the body, so that later you can change the seating plan or the catering order simply and directly.
The interface to Outlook facilitates data transmission in the opposite direction, too - i.e. reservations done in GARAIO ROOMS can be accepted in Outlook. In the personal profile, users can choose between manual, semi-automatic or automatic import. Thus, the Outlook calendar can be kept up-to-date.
