Room Search & Reservation

To book your desired space, you have to find it first. GARAIO ROOMS offers different and arbitrarily combinable search criteria against which you can enter your room requirements. Are you looking for a room for eight people and you have little time to make the booking? No problem, you define your requirements and with one click GARAIO ROOMS displays a list of suitable rooms.

Calendar View

In the GARAIO ROOMS calendar you can get a quick and easy overview of the situation of the resources allocation. For this purpose, the users have various filters and features views. In the display area of the calendar, you can select the required date, make new reservations, move existing bookings or delete them. Besides the classic day view, the calendar offers a view for the work week, the whole week or a month.

Seating Plans

The seating style can be adjusted for special meetings such as workshops, presentations, etc. GARAIO ROOMS offers varied seating arrangements and plans (e.g. block, row or conference seating), from which the user can select the appropriate one. Each seating style can be associated with the required preparation time for seating rearrangement and an expense ratio, the user will be charged with directly when the booking is made.

Navigation Map 

The navigation map is a visualization aid, in which the premises are being represented by a plan view. This plan view makes it possible to search interactively by means of floor space plans or building plans, on a graphical level and make direct bookings.

Authorizations and Roles 

The authorization and roles concepts include the management of users, user groups, functional rights, data rights and their configurations. The administrator can assign user groups permissions and features rights, thus ensuring the data security standards are met.
